Join us for this week's "Conversations" --- July 9-14, 2007

Thank you to everyone who came out last week to support our events. The discussion about the life of bestselling author V. C. Andrews went well, as did the conversations with author Latrese Carter.

Here is what you can look forward to this week!

On Tuesday, July 10, 2007 we will continue our coverage of the V. C. Andrews legacy as we dive into her first book FLOWERS IN THE ATTIC. This will take place at the Medgar Evers Library in Jackson, MS at 6p.m. CST. During the hour we will talk about the social issues the book addresses and show how it was groundbreaking for the time in which it was written.

On Wednesday, July 11, 2007 we debut the newest chapter of Conversations at Richard Wright Library. Click here for the details.

On Thursday, July 12, 2007 we are having the second meeting of "Subway Conversations" in Pearl, MS. Click here for all the details.

On Friday, July 13, 2007 we will be talking via conference call to bestselling author Solomon Jones. He will be telling us about his career as well as they type of books that have made him one of the most credible street writers in the field at this time.

Something special you should be on the look for is an encore of our live discussion with Bestselling author James Earl Hardy. This will take place at Waldenbooks Metrocenter on Thursday, July 19, 2007.
