Conversations Book Club of Mississippi and Tennessee welcomes their 20th author to host in 2008: Bestselling author Trice Hickman. She is the author of UNEXPECTED INTERRUPTIONS. Hailing from Washington D. C., this is the author's first trip to Mississippi, and we look forward to making the historic visit a success. On Sunday, you will be able to join us at Wal-Mart on HWY 18 in Jackson, MS for our regular 3rd Sunday "Entertainment Hour" from 3-4p.m. There you will be treated to regional performers including OndreaNicole and Jack Squad. Also available during this time will be author Voncele Savage, author of A Letter To My Sisters.
On Monday, you can join us back in Jackson, MS at Wal-Mart for the debut of our new book club chapter "Wal-Mart Conversations." This will begin at 6p.m. with guest author Tina Brooks McKinney. We will be in the Subway inside the store discussing her latest book FOOL, STOP TRIPPIN'. This is a first you don't want to miss!
